Attention SPBRA Finalist/Competitors
Call in will be Monday October 6th AND Tuesday October 7th From 6pm-8pm each night! That way everybody has a chance to get on the books. Call Morgan (912)207-0357, If you do not reach her you can leave a voicemail OR send a text with Your name, Membership Number(if a cardholder), Nonmember( If entering on permit), and Event you are entering. Also a phone number in case we need to reach back out to you.
We have had a few questions regarding the entry fee breakdown, Fees will be $50 a night, if you do not have a card already purchased prior to the finals there will be a $10 permit fee per night.
Cardholder total for the weekend: $100 Non-member total for the weekend: $120
Also If you do not have a card prior to the finals you can enter on the permit for MONEY ONLY, meaning Buckles and Awards will only be eligible for card holders. There is $4,000 added money for the entire weekend, $1,000 each night for each event. If planning on staying overnight, there are NO available hook ups, Generators and tie out ARE permitted so you all are more than welcome to stay overnight. Each area will need to make sure it is cleaned up prior to leaving, any and all trash must be picked up and disposed of.
